About

Engineer to teacher to tech support to designer.
I started as an electronics and communication engineer, drawn to tinkering with computers and software. My first job was teaching hardware and networking. Then I moved into tech support, where customer pain points and complaints landed on my desk every day. I wanted to resolve them, not just log them, so I moved into design.
Design is where I found my work. I love designing and watching what I create come alive: helping people get things done, easing their pain points, solving their problems. Now AI closes the last gap for me. I can polish and publish a product myself, end to end.
How I work
I start with the brief: the need, what it solves, and the time we have. Then I propose two routes, a quick one that ships fast and a proper one that covers the edge cases. The timeline picks the route and the polish, but never at the cost of usability.
Then I build an end-to-end prototype with AI tools, so engineering, product and stakeholders align and we learn what is not feasible in days, not weeks. We take it phase by phase: polish in Figma, update the prototype to match, and hand developers both, the Figma file as the spec (readable through MCP) and the HTML prototype for the flow, so what is built matches what was intended.
How I lead
Everyone on my team gets full ownership, juniors and seniors alike. The workflows are set, so the job is to follow through, collaborate across disciplines and learn fast. When my team grows, I grow, so I share everything I learn about building with AI tools and agents.
Outside work
Outside design, I cycle and take photographs. I once rode 240 km from Kochi to Munnar, all ups and downs, in 18 hours with 5 hours of breaks, in a single day.
I play football and badminton. To unwind, I listen to music, read manga, and watch anime, movies and series.
