Kind words

• I worked with Aashish on a project where he was the Lead Product Designer and I was a Senior UX/UI Designer. What I especially appreciated about working with Aashish was the positive and supportive atmosphere he created within the team. Everyone felt comfortable, engaged, and motivated to work on their tasks and deliver them on time. He was always approachable and willing to help — whether it was discussing a design challenge, sharing his perspective, or simply giving thoughtful advice. We could always come to him with questions, ideas, or suggestions for improving our processes, and he was genuinely open to feedback and quick to take action when something could be improved. For me, this is what great leadership looks like: being supportive, approachable, open to feedback, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Aashish and would be happy to recommend him as a strong leader and a great person to have on any team.
